Hey everyone,
Right now the SZ160 is only available via J& R through Amazon, but was wondering if you think it's worth waiting for?
As an example, Amazon is offering a $150 rebate for the SZ110 by buying directly via Amazon, and would assume that the SZ160 might have a similar rebate or discount. I tried calling Amazon but they said they had no info on when they were going to carryit directly. Anyone have any hints or advice on this. Im really antsy to get the SZ160 right now, but if I can save a couple hundred more and the wait isn't too bad I wouldn't mind waiting. (Considering this is not a cheap notebook to begin with).
The one plus is that the guy at J&R said as long as I kept everything in clean, New and in intact that I would have a 30 day return policy with no restocking fee. Does this sound right?
All advice is appreciated.
The one plus is, J& R

I just ordered one from J & R for Saturday delivery. I bet these don't last long. I know someone in the other thread said reseller ratings weren't good, but I've bought from J&R several times in the past and always had good service. Guess I will know tomorrow.

J&R is fine, they're about as legit as it comes.

which store is better? J&R or Datavision. Datavision is $100 cheaper.

I was debating between the Datavis & J&R purchase and the info about J&R price match made life easier. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on it with J&R. They only had 4 left when I called. I got it for $2388. Not too shabby. I figure even if Amazon offers a $100 - $150 mail in from the get go, I still have to wait for the rebate. If its $200 or more off of the retail I can always return to J&R if I keep everything squeaky clean!
Can't wait to get my new notebook! My S460 will now be hitting Ebay!
WooHoo!
