Hey everyone! I just had a short question about Ubuntu and my current Vaio. I have recently decided I wanted to remove Ubuntu and GRUB from my system but I am unsure which partitions are used for them in the disk manager and I don't want to accidentally wipe my recovery partition from the computer. Does anyone happen to know the average size of the recovery partition for my model of Vaio?
Partition Info:
1. Unamed partition (NTFS), Healthy EISA Configuration, 6GB
2. Unamed partition, Healthy Unknown Partition, 14GB
3. Unamed Partition, Healthy Unknown Partition, 675MB
4. C: Partition (NTFS), Healthy EISA, 91GB (Obviously I don't want to delete this one!)

I would run GParted to determine which partition is which...this might get better replies in the Linux section.

type:
file -s /dev/sda?
in the console as root to tell which partitions are which -
Obviously the first one is NTFS --> the recovery one (and size confirms that)
The two unknown ones are linux related, erase them...
The fourth one is a ntfs one, probably the one you use to store your personal data...
