This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     SZ270: What softwares should not be uninstalled?

    My SZ is 270P/C.

    1) Among a huge of Sony factory-installed applications, pls advise me which ones should not be uninstalled (because they are full licensed by the third parties, or useful to manage the SZ performance).

    2) Anyones have used "Restore C Drive" in Vaio Recovery Tool? Pls tell me it will restore to the Factory Original Setting or to previous windows configuration?
