    Took delivery of the above yesterday. I notice that towards the lower corners the brightness falls off. I wonder what others are experiencing ? This is especially noticeable if you open notepad/word full screen. Am I expecting too much ?

    This is not my first Xblack Vaio - have a big 17" model and the screen seems much cleaner/brighter
