Has anyone experienced a problem with the machine warping with time? The vaio in question initially had problems with the touchpad which spread to the left of the touchpad after about two months. Now the thing doesn't sit flat on the desk (where it has always been). The thing is still under it warranty and I will bring it next week to a Sony dealer in the area.

I've never seen this kind of thing before, though I am far from an expert, and was wondering if anyone else has. Thanks.
