    SZ3XWP/C Vista Clean Install Issues

    Hi,

    I have SZ3WXP/C (UK / EU model) which came with XPSP2 installed and is supposedly "Vista Ready". I installed vista following the information in this thread http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=103875 for SZ330P/B but with no joy. None of the fn buttons work, battery life is poor (<2 hs per full charge) and fans seem to be on full all the time.

    Had a couple of installs, tried vista ultimate, vista business.
    All the sony utilities seem to install OK but just dont work.

    Has anyone successfully done a clean vista install on SXWP/C??

    Any pointers (or install image :D )
