You most likely have small particles or sticky, dried up liquid underneath the key. In any case, you can easily remove the key with your fingers from the top and check. To put it back on, make sure the metal bar is hooked on both sides and just press down on the key to snap it into place.
If you check already the spacebar and there no debris and it still sticking .If brandnew you can try returning to the store where you purchased it and have it replace because if contact sony support that would for be service or repair to replace the keyboard unit. If you purchased in sonystyle or online you can contact sonystyle returns department make sure that you within the 30days period from the purchased date.
