    Hi there,

Is it easy to get to RAM and HDD in VAIO SZ? I'd like to buy one and buy RAM and SDD separately (although I know non is available for end users at some normal price right now).

If it's too hard I'll probably buy XPS 1330 with SSD.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks for help.

RAM is the easiest component to upgrade and it does not void your warranty as long as you don't break anything in the process. Plus RAM prices are extremely low at the moment. The HD is a bit more difficult. I've included a guide below, it's obviously different when upgrading to a SSD but it shows you where the HD is located and gives you an idea of the process.
