Every time my SZ6 reboots or wakes up from standby the brightness gets reset to a maximum value. Does anybody know how to make it stay at the level I want?

    Thanks

P.S. I updated BIOS to R0082S5 but it didn't help. It looks like this update only fixes the problem with brightness keys not working after closing the lid in Stamina mode.

Go to Control Panel and Power Option, set LCD brightness level for Plugin and for battery.
    Good luck
