    Hi all,

I own a sz650. I am having trouble getting the laptop to detect an external 23 samsung tv. I'm using a VGA cable to connect the two. However, when operating in stamina mode, the tv is detected automatically, whether windows or the intel graphics card.

In speed mode, i can't get nvidia to detect it or windows to see that the tv exists. The only solution i have so far is to connect the tv in stamina mode and then switch to speed mode with the tv connected already.

Is anyone else having trouble connecting an external monitor, especially an hdtv, directly in speed mode?

    Any help is appreciated thx

Did you press FN + F7?

Have you try do it manually through Control Panel > Display setting?
