Hi all

I want to add an additional SSD to my Sony Vaio VPCEB1C5E:
Samsung SSD 830 2.5inch SATA III 6GBps 128GB Notebook Accessory Kit with Free Norton Ghost 15: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

I've noticed that it's possible to do this with an optical drive caddy, however I was wondering if connections were still a SATA II through to the optical drive?

Also, is it possible to put the SSD into my Vaio?
