The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hey Guys,

    Just got my E-series and removed all bloateware (not a clean and semi-clean install).

    Now I noticed I still have about near 70 processes running and I hear many here have mentioned they have like 50ish.

    I was wondering for those who have lower number of processes and who use their laptop in a home wireless network, can you post a screenshot of your services list?

    I would like to see what others have working for them before I go ahead taking a bunch of stuff off.
