    Hi,
    I have a relatively new (2 weeks) Vaio Z1290 loaded with everything. My blu-ray player was just fine but today I loaded a movie and nothing seems to happen.
    I put a dvd data disk in and all is well, however all bluray movies I try don't do anything.
    I tried 2 different software readers and the same thing.
    Seems like service is in order.
    Does anhone know how long this takes in Caanada? DO i have to send it somewhere or will it be serviced in Montreal?
