I have an SZ671 NC that I'd like to sell, but I've never sold anything online before. Should I try to sell it on E-Bay, Craigslist or both?
It is less than 1 year old with 3 yr warranty and extra battery. I was thinking maybe $1,500. What do you think? Thanks.

Keep in mind that you can get a brand new SZ691 for $1550 at Amazon.com. That said, $1500 sounds reasonable to me considering it has a 3 year warranty and extra battery.

Not sure where to sell though - I haven't sold any laptops either. I'd try craigslist for a week (since it's free), then try ebay or something else.

ebay is the outlet i've had the best luck selling laptops with. just keep an eye on the bidders and cancel any bids of anybody with 0 or negative digit feedback to avoid scammers.

craigslist is crawling with scammers, but it never hurts to post it there with the stipulation that you will only deal locally, in person, and for cash. a lot of people will try to get you to ship it, and most often those are scams. if you sell it on craigslist, you avoid all the fees associated with selling on ebay.

ebay "completed items" search is a great way to research what your particular model of laptop is worth, and will sell for. i just did a search on your model, and somebody selling it with a starting bid of $1350 got zero bids. others were posted with prices of $1700 buy it now, and didn't sell either.

    good luck!

Alohagirl92, you can also consider selling your laptop in the "Buy, Sell, Trade" section here at notebookreview.com. Good luck.
