After searching this forum as well as sony tech support for the correct install order for the essential drivers & programs for a tz130 i came up with a few diffrent instructions , none of which work correctly .

Either i would get a battery error , hotkey buttons not working , so i decided to do a semi clean install which works on all vaios with vista .

This method will eliminate nearly all bloatware that comes with vaios & allow all functions & features to work correctly.

First step is to create a set of recovery disks . Next run the recovery wizard & select restore entire pc not just the c drive . Make sure to uncheck the option to install the recovery partition . This method only works when using the recovery disks & will not work if restoring from the recovery partition.

You will be prompted to insert disk 1 to start the recovery process . After disk 1 is ran it will ask you to insert disk 2 which is the last step before you need to stop the recovery process .

After disk 2 is run the pc will propmpt you to remove disk 2 & restart to continue the recovery .

The pc will reboot & ask for disk 1 . DO NOT run disk 1 again , instead hit cancel .

You will now be offered a option to install drivers & programs or you can cancel that recovery console & restart the computer in which case sysprep prepares the pc for the first time boot .

I let the pc restart so i can see which programs are installed & then i restart the recovery wizard & proceed to install any programs i wish to install .

This process installs all OEM drivers automatically & usually all that needs to be installed is Instant Mode & wireless settings switch for all the features to work .

You will end up with a semi clean install without all the bloatware & headaches of trying to do a clean install . :D
