I am looking at service options on CTO and would prefer to pay a little extra for the onsite option as that can sometimes be better than Express Ship. Has anyone here in the US had experience with the onsite service? Who provides it? Do they actually get the repair done in a timely fashion? Etc.

I am open to sugesstions b/c I usually don't buy any extended coverage but thought that since I am spending $1500+ on a laptop that the 2yr coverage might be good (or should I go 3yr?).
