    Hello,

I was taking a look at some service manuals and I've seen in one of them "level 2", what does it mean?
How many levels are there? What's the difference between each other?

    Just curious.

I am not sure it has any meaning in service manual, but within Sony customer support, people who answer your phone calls are at level 1.
I guess, people at level 2 have access to service manuals.
