Please allow 5-7 business days for production to complete. Your account will be billed when product ships.

    What does this mean?

Could you give us more context? Are you ordering a CTO laptop? A stock one?

Having said that, 5 - 7 business days is 5 - 7 business days (and then it depends on where they are located and what time of day you submit your order). So if you submitted now, earliest your computer would start to be made is tomorrow, and 5 - 7 business days puts it at early the 1st week of June for being done.

I'm ordering a Sony Vaio C Series CTO off Sony.com (Living in San Fran)

Thanks for the info, so it means that the 5-6 buisness days is the production of the system, then how long is standard shipping? I need it before June 11th

You'd have to ask SOny how long it takes to ship to you. No clue.
