Q: Nothing happens when I try to use the Function Keys on my VAIO? How do I get them to work again?

A: To get the Function Keys working again, you will need to reinstall the HotKey utility. This is available on the last disc of your recovery CD set. You may also need to run the setup program found in the Sony Shared Library and Sony Utilities DLL folders, also found on the last disc in the recovery set.

Best I can do, sorry.
