I have a Sony GRZ-660. I'm very happy with it, but, for no reason I have been able to diagnose, it shuts down about a quarter of the way through during any DVD-burning process involving video. DVD burning works fine with stills or data, but I've tried everything (including software upgrades, system patches, etc.) and I can't get either the Click-to-DVD or DVD back-up programs I use to write the video. The notebook simply shuts down.

I bet this is a fairly easy fix, but I'm clueless who to turn to, as Sony's tech support e-mail has been useless.
