    Had a GRT 360 ZG ordered.

    Arrived today, but I missed being here for UPS by 5 minutes. Now I have to wait until MONDAY to pick it up.

    You can just go out to their store until 7:00 and pick it up sometimes on Saturday too.

    Thanks Quickster, but apparently they have different rules here in Austin, TX. Custome service said I could not pick it up today, have to wait until Monday to pick up or have it re-delivered.

    I tracked mine and found that it had arrived in the night of last wek Thursday. When I calle them (FedEx) last Friday, they told me since it was "3 day air", it will be delivered Monday. I had them pull it out for me and picked it up Friday. Boy!! was that a great day. I had all weekend to figure some of this great laptop out.
