    Slot Attachment Missing on Z12?

    You know on the left side on the laptop, where the HDMI is, below that there is a slot that was closed by a plastic cover. It seems the cover fell out when I wasn't watching, leaving the slot open. I can't even find the cover!

    1) What exactly is that slot for?

    2) Is there anyway to get a replacement cover for the slot?

    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    It's an Express Card slot. The cover is just so that dust and stuff doesn't get inside. It's probably not very critical depending on your standards of perfectionism.

    Hmm, if anything, I guess that might open up additional intake for some Airflow?
    I leave mine off even if there's no ExpressCard in there.
