Slow SSD on Sony Vaio SVE 15 series

Hello to everyone here! I installed a Crucial MX500 new SSD along with Windows 10 1809 x64 on my father's Sony Vaio SVE1512E1ESI (Intel Core i3-3110M Ivy Bridge). The installation of W10 was "clean", downloaded from the MS website and usb prepared via RUFUS (UEFI,GPT).
After W10 installation, I proceeded to the installation of Vaio drivers/utilities including Sony Shared Library, Sony firmware extension parser, Vaio control center, Intel Rapid storage technology and Intel Management Interface Engine. Right now no driver is missing from Device Manager.
I also used the IOBIT Driver Booster to update the old drivers. However, the problem is that when restarting it takes more than normal.
I have the opinion that the issue is related to Intel Management Engine Interface version. The Intel MEI driver installed from sony support website is 9.5.24.1790 dated 27 November 2013. There are newer versions as well but the situation becomes worse, the SSD is even slower.
Does somebody know what I can do?

 

Seemingly nobody. Some ideas.
Did you provide the AHCI driver (what Mode do you use it in, IDE, AHCI, RAID?) during the installation of win 10. Not sure, but I think it could be the cause.
How slow is slow for the ssd. Provide a crystal diskmark bench to demonstrate

What is that IMEI driver for. What happens if you leave it away?

I think I have the same problem with my Sony Vaio SVS1512DCXB. I installed a Kingston HyperX 240 SSD which is SATA3 (6Gb/s) but in the laptop it is working like SATA2 as I checked with ATTO Disk benchmark it's normal speed is about 250MB/s instead of 500MB/s, which it is about half speed!

I search a lot and I found something that It is written in wikipedia.com that it relates to the BIOS. As it is mentioned there; "The early release of SA/SB/SC had chipset support for SATA 6 Gbit/s, useful for fast speeds in solid state drive. In late 2011, Sony released a BIOS update which disabled SATA 6 Gbit/s speeds (thereafter capped at 3 Gbit/s) for no apparent reason, and without notifying users in the update changelog. A hacked BIOS was subsequently created and spread via the internet which re-enabled SATA 6 Gbit/s speeds" !
I searched again a lot for any patched BIOS, but I couldn't find any.
I believe that this is the real reason and I hope someone can help to resolve the issue.
