    I cant turn on my bluetooth... and when I open my smartwi utility helper... its blank! Nothing appears. I dont know what I did but please help me :(

    uninstall it and reinstall it again
    make sure you have sony event services and notebook utilities installed first

    how do i reinstall it? im currently downloading the notebook utilities, which contains sony event services. Im confused.

    uninstall it through control panel uninstall programs. then reinstall it
