This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     SmartWiFi Stopped Working on My TZ

    All of the sudden, the SmartWiFi utility on my TZ150 stopped working. I can't switch between WWAN and WLAN any longer. I can't turn WLAN off/on via it either. Only thing I can do is turn WLAN off via the hardware switch.

    What the heck is causing this? This is ridiculous!!!!!!

    Turn on your wireless switch. Uninstall SmartWi/reboot/reinstall smartwi/reboot then see what you get.

    To reinstall go to Start>Help & Support>Backup & Recovery>Launch VAIO Recovery>Reinstall Programs and Drivers
