    84xx/86xx equipped laptop or pass on it? Looking at the FZ's. Comments welcome.

    I'd pass at this point and go for a 9 series, just because of all these known issues.

    I wouldn't recommend others buying it -- at least I would recommend them to have at least 2-year of warranty --, but for myself I would accept 84xx/86xx if the price is right and all the other specs work out. I have an FZ4000 and I would have no problem getting another FZ if that is what I need.
