    As the title says, I am upgrading my Sr490 to windows 7. I was wondering what software I have to download and what drivers. I am also looking for the one click check up and vaiocare stuff that came with the sr490 originally.

    Also, I was just wondering how loud people think their SR is.

    I managed to get everything installed, but the fingerprint reader doesn't work. How do I fix taht?

    1. When you look in Device Manager, does it show a fingerprint driver is installed?

    If yes..

    2. Have you configured it from Control Panel - Biometric Devices?

    Thanks: the reader works when logging in, but without the previous software, it doesn't have the same features. Can someone direct me to the program that sony had factory installed on the SR4XX ?

    Also my volume and brightness indicators don't appear anymore. Is there any way to fix this? They used to work even after my windows 7 upgrade.
