    Hi guys,

anyone knows about the part number for tz keyboard connection cable and where i can get it.

also about to upgrade my tt. anyone know that whether a tt without wwan option will have the daughterboard and internal antenna for the wwan. is tz's daughtboard compatible with tt? what is the part number for that board.

    any help is appreciated.

This appears to be the wwan board for the TT series.
    A-1599-659-A
The TZ series wwan board is A1289820A

The TT will not come equipped with the antenna and wwan board if you didn't buy a laptop with built in 3G.

This might have to do with devices configuration settings and nothing to do with hardware failure.

    cheers ...

Sounds like a problem with power management (either from Microsoft or Sony). Check that first before assuming that it is a hardware issue.

i have opened my tz and does find a crack on the connection that goes on to the system board. i have tied it up with string make thing better. but still not 100% working. sometimes i lose it while i am working on it. tried re image back to sony image still the same issue. if i lose both keyboad and mouse, i still have usb mouse that i can click shutdown. but it will logoff and saying shuting down and sits there. sometime even hold power button can't turn it off. has to pull power lead and pop out battery.

if it is not hardware, where should i start to look.
