    I have tried unsuccessfuly to install Roxio My DVD 10 on my Sony SZ780U Vista Ultimate. I have always used My DVD 6 on my XP computers but it is not compatible with Vista. I checked Microsoft's websites and they say there is no compatibility issues with My DVD 10, so I have to believe this is a Sony problem. Halfway through the install I get an error message ,"The Installation Has Been Interrupted, Please Try Again Later. Your system has not been changed"

    I've done all the obvious, i.e. disabled virus, spyware, and firewall. Re- downloaded, Re-downloaded again to a flash drive instead of hard drive but everytime I try to install I get the same message. It doesn't tell me why it is interrupted.....just that it is.

    I've e-mailed Roxio, but after 4 days they still haven't replied.

    Any Ideas
