Perhaps the Sony site just does not offer much in details -for me.
Does any Sony 15.4" come with 1680 resolution? aka Dell M1530. Please no ,"that is too small." thanks

Exactly the reason I went with the 17" AR670. My prior laptop was a Toshiba, great laptop but the 1280x800 resolution sucked. I'm a res hound and need as much as possible. My 2 year old Dell Latitude D810 has a 15.4" 1920x1200 WUXGA screen, I would think more manufacturers would make them. But they're hard to find.

I would be all over a FZ if not for that resolution and video card. SIGH
The m1530 has the 8600gt and 1680 res but I am no longer a fan of that brand.  Come on Sony......don't you want my money?
