    lastnight i spilled a water on my sony Z11, i have purchased 3-year Express Ship Service with Accidental Damage from Handling for Laptops and would like to know if it covered?

    i cannot find info on sony website

    so apparently sony subcontract their warranty to https://www.servicenet.com/ and they said if they cannot fix the laptop they will issue a full refund to me, but i doubt it tho.

    btw. the water damage is covered
