So I asked Sony and there were no help. Anyone know of how to find a Sony Certified or Authorized Service Center. I've googled, I called tech support and I'm running out of ideas...

I think all Best Buy stores are authorized Sony sevice centers. Are there any Sony notebook retailers in your area? They may be authorized. Give them a call.

1-888-4SONYPC (476-6972) to create an Event. They will transfer you to here: 888-476-6972 to create a work order. Once the order is created, they will ship you a box, you return it, they fix it and mail it back.
