My guess? A month from now. We always get the shaft when it comes to new technology.

    Hello,
I don't think is going to be available in Canada within 6-8 months. Sony knows that the market is too small in Canada. People do not have that money to spend on high end product.

If you can't wait simply go to USA and bring one back, since the exchange rate is quite low. If something happen to the computer you don't need to worry, the Sony laptop has an international warranty of one year.

Unfortunately, you can not buy an extended warranty in Canada. "If you do know how to get one please tell me".

However, if you purchase your vaio sz2xx or sz3xx with a Visa Gold card, Visa will extend and extra one year your warranty.

    Best regards.
