    Anyone know who makes the LCD displays on the Sony notebooks?
    Is it just one manufacturer?
    On my monitor ID it only shows: MS_0026
    The same using Everest. Not sure what manufacturer this stands for.
    This is on a 17 inch XbriteHi Color display

    Are you talking about the AR? I searched for parts on Sony's site and found the LCD here. I *think* it might be a Sharp monitor?

    Actually it is the BX675P.
    My wife's Fujitsu 6460 17" has the same MS ID for the display.
