I want to purchase the Sony F, or at least I think I do. Does any one know if there is a difference between the business version of the F series and the Consumer version? Model numbers are different. Business one shows VPCF11HGX/B. But it looks like the options are the same. The other options I was considering was the Z Series that hasn't been released yet. Anyone know when they will be selling it?

The business model probably comes with a TPM module, and maybe a drive with drop protection features... other than that, there shouldn't be much difference at all in them. Besides the warranties of course.

A couple of weeks ago I looked at the business models on the Sony Style website and there are two fundamental differences. All versions come with a 1600 X 900 Display with the reduced performance/memory GT 310 graphics chip and Windows 7 Professional. The other differences between models is in the hardware options (disc, DVD, etc.).
