    Sony F webcam problem help needed

    I think there might be a problem with my webcam/screen. I just bought this laptop a week ago, and I getting the hunch that this one might be defective. The webcam quality is horrible, I see green dots everywhere when I take a picture. Also, when Im watchimg a movie and I do fullscreen the quality goes bad all of a sudden. Any ideas as why this is so??
