    Sony FW problem - missing blu-ray drive when coming out of sleep mode

    Has anyone else been getting this issue with their FW? I have the Blu-Ray recorder drive in my uk spec FW11ZU.

    When it comes out of sleep mode, the blu-ray drive (F) is missing.

    I have to reboot to get it back in windows explorer.

    This only happens for sleep, and not hibernate.

    Any ideas?

    This sort of issue is usually a driver problem, having problems reloading when waking back up.

    Try checking for a firmware/driver update for your drive

    Sleep and hibernate are different processes.
