    Hello,

I am interested in purchasing this notebook.
But I heard that the ATI 4650 in this notebook is underclocked by Sony.
So is there any chance to overclock it?

Also, will I be able to install Windows XP on this notebook?

    thanks

    Chrusti

you can overclock, but dont over do it because it will get fried~

ya windows xp would work on the fw, maybe missing a few function keys though

Thanks a lot! So hopefully I will be able to get equal results as other 4650 users!

Generally you shouldn't overclock with stock hardware. Like, in a pc tower, you buy better coolers and heatsinks and more fans.

    A laptop is ALL stock.

    Just saying.
