    hi, i have this problem that i can't set the scaling because it is locked. anyone know how to unlock it? it gives problem when i am trying to play a 4:3 ratio games. Thanks

    I'm not sure that you can change the scaling on the notebook screen itself. At least not through that menu. That option is for scaling the output to an external monitor. It's greyed out because you aren't broadcasting to an external monitor.
