I was an early adapter of FZ190 CTO. Recently the some keys were getting stuck on the keyboard. They sent a technician to replace it & while replacing the keyboard, he just broke the speaker connectors. Again he came back couple of days later to fix the speaker & damaged the ethernet adapter. Despite having an onsite extended warranty, now Sony is asking me to ship the laptop to their factory. Is this the service level expected from sony? Is there anything that can be done?

Funny to hear. Did the service tech really come from sony? Don't send ur laptop. They will make a lot of scratches in it. Just raise your voice while speaking to a customer care rep.
