    Hi everyone!

I am hoping to get some help! I have a sony VGN-CR510E which is, of course, out of warranty.

My screen has stopped working properly - the screen is mostly white with bits of color. If i push on the screen and squeeze it together I can get it to come on usually. The best luck I have had is putting a binder clip on the upper right hand corner - ghetto I know!
Anyways, since the screen is fine - I'm assuming it must be a cable - will this be fixed by replacing the LCD screen? Or do I need to get new cables?

    Any help would be great!
    Thanx!
