    Hi, I have the above laptop. I was wondering if anyone could tell me firstly how old the model is? Secondly, im connected to my home wireless system. I have a seperate ACER laptop gemstone 8700 that achieves 20MB/s speed through my wireless system (which represents the speed i should be getting). The sony though, only seems to manage 2MB. Rather than buying a new laptop to replace the SOny, im guessing i should be able to buy a wireless card for it to increase the speed (im assuming the issue is the wireless card inside it?)
