    I have a Sony Vaio PCG-K13 laptop computer and my mother-in-law tried to reformat it I reinstalled Windows XP and can get on line with a hardwire but the wireless is not working the ethernet controller, mass storage controller,PCI Modem and Video Controller all have a yellow question mark next to them. How do I find the files to reload these

    Hello, sorry for the late response. You can find drivers for the computer on the official Sony Support website: Sony eSupport - PCG-K13 - Support

    I'm not sure if there's a certain order that you need to install the drivers.
