Last night turned off the laptop, it got some windows updates installed while its shut down, and this morning when i switch on the laptop, it went through the Vaio sign, and show nothing on screen afterwards, and the hard disk LED stopped there after a couple of seconds, where normally it will showing and indicating the hard disk is working. I've tried F8 key after showing the Vaio sign, try to start the window in safe mode or other options, it wont work in any cases. But when i insert the recovery disk, it works fine and as there are loads of data and files on C drive, which havent been backed up. I just stopped the recovery process. Anyone got some advice or relevant experiences of this problem? Many thanks in advance.
