I have searched the forum and also sonystyle.com for the answer, there return policy talks about wrong merchandise or damaged, but what I am looking for is it possible to return laptop just if you don,t like it within the 30days, I know you have to pay to ship back. Has anyone had this experience returning just because they didn't like it, thx

Yes you can, but it's hard to convince them to get a free shipping, unless your laptop is defective. I paid for the return shipping when I sent mine. They sent me a free label later.

I spoke with Sony on the phone to confirm this a few weeks back. They told me 30 days return for any notebook, including CTO, but NOT if it is engraved, and you pay to ship it back.
