    Hello,

I recently noticed on my S5 that the build accuracy with which the display is fixed into the notebook casing isn't very great. It's fixed firmly at the 4 corners (if you gently press the plastic here there will be near to no flex) but at the bottom (just above the Vaio logo) I can push the plastic a mm or so inwards before it touches the display. It feels like the plastic is not "glued" onto the lcd.

I don't know if its "loosened" over time or if it's just normal build inaccuracy. Maybe S-Series users can check on their notebook and give me a feedback.

    Thanks,
    Bomfunk

I have the very same issue with the new SZ150p/c on exactly same spot (vaio logo on the bottom of the screen frame)....

The same with my S560. I think that's how the design is. The LCD is secured on the corners (probably more in between) by some latching mechanism (I'm guessing). Too much restriction may hinder movements which may actually crack the screen/housing.

Ah OK that makes some kind of sense. Thanks!
