This may be a dumb question, but I thought I'd ask. I know the Vaio S models don't have an s-video connection. Does that mean I can't connect it to a video monitor directly? Specifically, I will need to use it for powerpoint presentations and will be hooking it up to external projectors. Will I need an adapter of some sort?

Also, I know the s-video port is available on the docking station. Will this docking station work for the S270/360 and the S380? On the Vaio website, it only mentioned the S380.

    Thanks.

you don't need s-video out for a projector, just a regular video/monitor out and the vaio s has that. you can always add s-video out via an accessory expansion such as a pcmcia card too.
