    Hello,

I received my S13A last week and immediatley installed my 256 GB Crucial M4 SSD. I did a clean install of Windows 7 from USB and then installed all of the necessary drivers from Sonys site.

Everything seemed to be working fine, Windows boots up in less than 10 seconds. The problem I'm now finding is that installed programs and applications are taking way too long to load. Everything from paint to windows media center is taking much longer to launch than they should. Anyone have an idea as to what might be causing this or a possible solution? Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi Rufio

I've not seen anyone else report this problem. Nonetheless, if I we're you, I'd start by putting the old hdd back in and seeing if the issue persists. At least then you'll know if the issue is the m4 SSD or something else in your system. Once you have a conclusion on that, let's go from there.
