This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Sony SR switch "settings" button

    i am wondering if it is possible to re-map the "settings" button to do something else? currently it is bringing up the control panel for the switch feature, which is quite pointless for such a big button on the keyboard. can i map it to something else? maybe to bring up the vista control panel...

    Not at the moment.... i doubt it will ever happen, not a high demand item, plus, the settings button adjusts the settings for the switch mode...which makes the most sense.

    Plus, Sony isn't the type to release a software update with that kind of additional feature..
