    Hello !

I have a sony vaio SVS1311P9EB (Windows 7 version) and i have try to put a 2nd hard drive in the ODD bay, its work on windows but it seem the Bios dont detect it as bootable (only show the 1nd hard drive in bios, hard drive in the caddy is not visible).

But i have a slot for 2nd hard drive in bios, and if the ODD is not reconized as second hard drive, maybe its for the 500GB hard drive in the docking station VGPPRS30 ?

    So here my questions :

1/ Do you peoples who have this docking have the 500GB hdd integrated in the docking visible as seconday hard drive in BIOS after docking connected ?

2 / Someones have try to install secondary OS on the 500GB hard drive (maybe linux or w8 ? )

3/ Did you know any tricks to make boot on the hard drive on caddy ? I have try PloP Boot Manager on a small usb key, but got the same result...

    Thanks you !
